Samar't
Samar't is an independent Number Plate component manufacturer with its own manufacturing facilitys based in Girona Spain. We utilise the very latest laser cutting, printing, laminating and injection moulding technologies ensuring precision and accuracy at every stage of production. The group has a current production capacity of 22 million plates per year.
The company has recently invested in a modern 18,000 sq. ft. distribution centre based at Portbury, Bristol - allowing for the entire range to be availible for guaranteed next day delivery.
A World Leader in the manufacture of number plates
Samar't was founded in Spain in 1942, and is now one of the largest number plate manufactures in the world.
Additionally, Samar't is one of the only suppliers in the world to manufacture internally the two main components of number plates. The acrylic and reflective materials.
The group of companies employs over 140 staff and exports globally to over 15 different countrys. This equates to in excess of 20 million number plates per year.
Conforming to BS AU 145E
Meeting the strict standards of the British Standard for Number plates (BS AU 145e). All acrylics and reflective sheets have been tested in a laboratory and fully comply with the BSAU145e standard and match components criteria.

Next Generation Laminating Systems
At Samar't, we are firm believers in investing in next generation systems, allowing our customers to produce number plates more efficiently. In 2018 we released the Next Generation Laminating System, which reduces wastage up to 60%.
The system works using a patent protected satellite system lifting the acrylic away from the reflective, prior to application. This reduces air bubbles and miss alignment dramatically, saving you time and money.
The systems is available as a manual or a fully automatic electric system. It also come with a selection of printers allowing for all sizes, laser and thermal.
